Recipes of the Old German Restaurant ReviewHungry for a taste of authentic "Old Ann Arbor?" Now it can be yours... I'm one of the 'young old-timers' who for many years lunched and entertained in this 65 year old downtown landmark... right up to the time it closed in 1995. Beef Rouladen with a side dish of steaming Spaetzle Noodles and cool crisp Green Bean Salad was a favorite of mine... Yummm the thought!! The recipe for these dishes and others are all-star classics. The book is well written, instructions are simple and clear, and it calls for ingredients that are everyday easy to find. Thanks Bill, Bud, Marzella...
