Making Whoopies: The Official Whoopie Pie Book ReviewThis book is fun! It includes 16 recipes -- "Classic Chocolate Whoopie I & II" (both feature lots of chocolate, butter & sugar) to Red Velvet Whoopie to Banana Whoopie. Unquestionably my favorite is the "Two Fat Cats Bakery Whoopie Pie with homemade fluff." Variations on the core 16 recipes yield a dozen more. The text/recipes are easy to read, the binding allows the the cookbook to lay flat and the paper is heavy so it's great in the kitchen.
